Human Imagination, Emotion, and Mentality

Have you ever wondered how our minds work? Sometimes we act as if we know what we are seeing, doing, and talking about, yet we behave like nothing happened. This makes me think deeply about emotions and the way human mentality works. Science says that humans are among the most mysterious species in the world. They can also be dangerous beings. Because of their intelligence, humans are able to discover and explore many things. They have survived terrible disasters and frightening moments throughout history.

Only a small number of people use their intellect to its full potential, while many others remain satisfied with the basic things in life. Some people think in unique ways and ask philosophical questions such as, “How does the human mind work?”

Children are intelligent too. Their imagination is like a free bird flying around the world. But many adults are like eagles that capture this freedom, often treating children as if they are foolish. They do not always allow children to express their ideas or take their opinions seriously. Adults have created many imaginary systems and virtual worlds, and because of this, children today seem to be losing their freedom. This is a cruel situation for them, because it can affect their mental and emotional development.

In the past, children had more freedom to enjoy life, use their imagination, create things, and be creative. Now, many children feel like fish taken out of water, trapped and unable to fully live. Their minds can slowly lose freshness and energy. If children are to truly feel alive, parents and adults must listen to them and take their opinions seriously.
